NeoFy (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website neofy.shop. By placing an order through our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products & Sourcing
Products listed on NeoFy are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may be located outside the European Union. As a result, delivery times are typically longer than domestic retail — generally between 10 and 25 business days, depending on the item and destination. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
4. Order Acceptance
An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g. due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud), in which case you will receive a full refund.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, use the “Withdraw from contract” function available on our site (see footer link or your Account page).
Refunds, including standard delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: custom-made or personalized items, sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health/hygiene reasons, and digital content already accessed with your consent.
6. Legal Guarantee
All products benefit from the statutory 2-year legal guarantee against defects, in accordance with EU consumer protection law, independent of any right of withdrawal.
7. Shipping & Risk
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoFy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g. liability for death, personal injury, or fraud).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, logo) is the property of NeoFy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of their own country of residence.
